Neena Tankha

Neena Tankha is a partner specializing in New York and Florida matrimonial and family law. Her practice focuses on high net worth divorces, child custody, paternity matters and preparing prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She represents clients in a wide array of highly contested matrimonial issues and litigated and settled complex cases involving sophisticated business valuations, relocation of children, long-term spousal alimony/maintenance and modification of agreements. She has extensive experience in navigating clients through a divorce and/or custody battle when dealing with a narcissist, including all psychological aspects of negotiating against a person with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  

Ms. Tankha has focused her entire career in the field of matrimonial and family law and has been recognized as a Top Female Attorney in New York and as one of New York’s Super Lawyers in the field of Matrimonial law, consistently since 2015. She was also appointed as a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, as a member of the Judicial Diversity panel. She frequently volunteers her time to lecture fellow attorneys on matrimonial issues as part of Continuing Legal Education seminars, and also publishes articles regarding current topics. She is best known for her publication “Fighting Fire with Fire: What to Know When Divorcing a Spouse with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.”

Liza Trazzera

Liza Trazzera, Esq., is a partner of The Law Office of Neena Tankha, PLLC.  Ms. Trazzera focuses her practice in matrimonial and family law, including all aspects of custody, parental alienation, relocation, and support issues. As a Certified Financial Litigator, Ms. Trazzera has experience in complex financial proceedings, high net worth cases, pre- and post- nuptial agreements. Ms. Trazzera published Parental Battlefield: Divorcing Parents and the Treatment of Children with ADHD in the Family Court Review in April 2019 and co-authored The Divorce: The Limitations of Privilege in The New York Law Journal in July 2022.

Ms. Trazzera had interned for the Honorable Jeffrey A. Goodstein and the Honorable Francis Ricigliano. She was a law clerk at Gassman Baiamonte Gruner, P.C. and Lewis Johs Avalon Aviles, LLP and the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review.

Ms. Trazzera is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Before working in family and matrimonial law, she worked in Personal Injury Law and had a rewarding career in medical and diagnostic sales. Ms. Trazzera is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
